Escaping the Cocoon is a collection centered on personal evolution. Regenberg draws from her experiences as a neurodivergent individual—exploring themes of social anxiety, isolation, and the journey of navigating and ultimately emerging from that period in her life.

The collection emphasizes highly saturated colors. While the works are very saturated, she employs a limited palette to avoid the visual overstimulation she often encounters in daily life.
